Is there an assassain rez shrine? u know, when u knell (in factions)and a spirit or what not comes up? I havent finished the game, so im guessing their is one, can u tell me where it is?

The only direct Assassin buff I can see is from an avatar of Lyssa, which raises Assassin attributes for a time. See the following Wiki article for more info, and other possible buffs:
